This policy is currently activated and will override our Standard and Flexible policies.
We understand that with the changeable COVID-19 travel restrictions it can be difficult to make plans. Holidays should be relaxing and stress free from the minute you book, so while COVID-19 is still affecting our world we want our customers to be able to book with confidence and peace of mind. Therefore, if current government-imposed travel restrictions prevent you from being able to make your trip, we are offering free date amendments or a credit voucher so you still have something to look forward to once you can travel again.
If your booking is unable to be fulfilled due to government restrictions on travel, our team at Just Kampers Hire will be in touch. You will then have the option to:
- Move your booking to a new date in the future, for the same rental duration, without amendment fees. Any increase in the price of the rental must be paid and any reduction in the price will be refunded.
- Accept a credit for the total price of your booking which must be used within 12 months of the original booking date with the same owner. All funds will be held by Just Kampers Hire. If the owner you have booked with is no longer listing on our site, you can then use the credit towards the hire of any campervan on Just Kampers Hire.
We will endeavor to contact you 10 days before your travel date to let you know if your booking has to be cancelled due to government restrictions. However, with the changeable nature of the pandemic, new government advice could be issued within 10 days of departure, in which case we would be in touch as soon as possible.
This cancellation policy is only valid when government restrictions prevent you from being able to travel, it does not apply in the instance of disinclination to travel.
